interim injunction

This provisional order, serves in the civil proceedings to secure a claim quickly. The court provisionally arranges a certain condition of right. The advantage is that a claim can be achieved quickly, without it requiring a lengthy process.

In a trademark dispute a so-called 'safeguard order', comes up regularly in accordance with Paragraph 935, of the Civil Process Code. This provides the assurance that the violator ceases actions that cause, in this case, the brand, injury.
